Exchange and Return Policy

You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. Items must show no signs of use, be in their original packaging, and include all accessories and tags. We accept returns or exchanges for defects up to 30 days after analysis, and all items undergo technical inspection.

To make a request, send an email to support@alivizen.com with your full name, order number, reason for exchange or return, and if there's a defect, attach photos or videos showing the issue.

Our Alivizen team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with the process.
